Born and raised in Colorado, Zoe is a true Coloradan who enjoys exploring the state's beautiful hiking trails with her husband and their puppy. In her free time, she loves relaxing at local coffee shops and giving back through volunteer work.
Zoe has a passion for helping children feel confident and comfortable during their dental visits. She finds it especially rewarding to teach little ones how to care for their smiles and to support them in overcoming dental anxiety.
Lacey is a born and raised Colorado native! Her own positive childhood dental experiences ignited a passion for oral health. Lacey's mission is to help children feel comfortable and confident at the dentist.
When not at work, Lacey enjoys babysitting, spending time with family, and relaxing with her kitten named Bambi. Lacey also works part time at a local daycare on her days off from 303, so she has extensive experience with children of all ages.
Rosa is one of the caring hearts behind our office! With her gentle personality and warm smile, she helps every child feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their visit. Rosa loves working with children and brings patience, kindness, and positivity to each appointment.
Outside of the office, Rosa loves spending time with her family. She is deeply spiritual and has a love for animals. At home, she has 3 dogs, 8 chickens, and 5 birds. Her sweet nature and nurturing spirit make a wonderful part of our pediatric dental team!
Sarah has been working in dentistry since 2004, bringing more than two decades of experience in both clinical assisting and front-office coordination. She has supported general and pediatric practices, developing a deep understanding of patient care, treatment flow, insurance processes, and how to create a calm, welcoming environment for families.
With experience spanning chairside assisting, digital dentistry, sterilization, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication, Sarah is known for her adaptability and her ability to keep both the clinical and administrative sides running smoothly. She has a natural gift for helping anxious children feel safe, seen, and supported during their visits.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking Colorado trails, and relaxing with her two chihuahuas. She brings the same warm, grounded energy to her work every day and takes pride in making every family's experience as stress-free as possible.
